Coffee has been roasted and enjoyed since the sixteenth century in the traditional method that takes about seven minutes. Today there is a new, patented roasting method called Primary Roast that reduces the on-demand roasting time of coffee to about 30 seconds. This innovation makes a superb cup of coffee!
Our Primary Roast coffee method splits traditional roasting into two new discrete phases: First, off-site, a long Primary Roast, where the (acrid) early phase is completed ahead of time. Then a Finish Roast; a short, sweet aroma filled final roast, performed on site, on demand to the customer's preference.
